Each year, the University of Udine hosts an Open Day in Gorizia. This is the perfect opportunity to start your university career and to obtain useful information for your registration.

OPEN DAY
Once a year, the University of Udine hosts an Open Day to let high school students know more about the courses of Public Relations and DAMS, which are held in Gorizia. This event takes place inside Polo Santa Chiara, where the guests can directly engage with the professors, the structure, the students, and some of the institutional figures of the University. It usually takes place in November/December.
OPPORTUNITY DAY
The Opportunity Day takes place in May. This annual meeting between students and companies is a great opportunity for both graduate and undergraduate students of Public Relations and Integrated Communication for Businesses and Organizations to find a pre- or post-graduation internship program.
UNIVERSITY MEETS YOU
Another Open Day, called “University Meets You”, is organised by CORT of Udine in each university building and held in July: this meeting gives the student the opportunity to speak with tutors and institutional figures, in order to gather useful information before their enrolment.
WELCOME ABOARD
The presentation “Welcome Aboard”, which takes place in September, aims to give an overview of the courses held in Gorizia (Public Relations, Integrated Communication for Businesses and Organizations, Performing Arts, and Audiovisual Heritage and New Media Sciences). Some graduate students, who have now found a job after graduating at Gorizia, share their experience with those who attend the presentation.
TRAINING MODULES
The project started in the academic year 2014/2015 and offers the regional students in their fourth year of high school two different types of modules:
- Selected module (15 hours): for cultural, orientational, and educational purposes;
- Basic module (25 hours): mainly for educational purposes (its goal is to integrate and restore basic competences, as well as to cover some educational paths planned for the first year of the bachelor courses).
