Esse3 reserved area
Esse3 is the computer system service that manages the student’s university career (in the past these services were supplied by Sindy and Online Exams). The system allows students to:
- verify exam dates;
- sign up for exams;
- check the results of exams;
- check and print exam certifications as a memo or for self-certification.
You can access Esse3 from here. Further information, documents, FAQs, video tutorials that solve the most common problems can be found on the page dedicated to Project Esse3.
SPES student e-mail
Once enrolled at the University of Udine, every student receives a personal e-mail address (SPES: Email Service for Students). SPES is the official communication channel between the University and students, therefore the e-mail account should be constantly checked. It is also possible to link the SPES e-mail with a private e-mail address through the automatic forward.
You can access to SPES service from here. You can visit this page if you need assistance with SPES.
Smart Card
Every student enrolled at the University of Udine is provided with a Smart Card, an identification badge that represents the student’s electronic exam transcript.
More information is available in the Smart Card section.
Free WiFi Network
The CSIT (Centre for Information and Telematic Technology) allows users with a PC or any device with WiFi access to connect for free and wireless to the University LAN network, so that cables are not required.
This service is active at the Polyfunctional Centre of Gorizia, more specifically in the Polo Santa Chiara building. Further information is available at the Wi-Fi Network area in the University website.
Students Assistance
Assistance regarding the services provided by the University is offered to students. Read more in the Students Services section.
